Jeff Montgomery is a Captain for a major US airline and lives in the Seattle/Spokane areas of Washington State. He bought the 1929 Fleet 1 Biplane in 1999 from the estate of the late Ted Babbini residing in Schellville/Sonoma California, near the bay area. Jeff has been in awe of antique/vintage airplanes since the late '80's and has had the pleasure of caring for a number of them. Jeff has an education and experience in the radio broadcasting field, and is an active part of EAA Radio, the broadcasting arm of Air Venture Oshkosh, known "on the air" as personality 'J Mont G'.
